Our dynamic Boot Camps include a combination of strength, cardio and athletic training. They provide an exciting alternative to conventional strength and cardio workouts. Push yourself towards your goals in a friendly and energetic group camp. Whatever your level, our Elevate Fitness Camps are a great way to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time.

The Classic Boot Camp
First Step’s original Fitness Boot Camp will help you build a positive relationship with exercise and let you enjoy working out. Our small class sizes ensure that you get the individual attention you need in a group setting and allow you to train at a level that is appropriate for you. All of our trainers are well experienced and able to accommodate just about any fitness level, whether you’re just starting or looking for a high intensity workout.
Our program focus changes from month to month to help keep everyone engaged and make sure your body gets the most out of each workout.
Classic camps are held outdoors during the summer and move indoors during the winter months.
Mondays - 630-730pm
Wednesdays - 630-730pm
Fridays - 5 -6pm (Bay 5)
Saturdays - 11am-12pm (Bay 5)
