Whether your goal is fat loss, strength and muscle gain, improved athletic performance or general health improvement, your level of success will be determined by what you do in the kitchen.  Your nutritional habits have a huge impact on every factor of your training including having the energy for a quality workout, repairing your muscles after a resistance training session, replenishing your energy, and maybe the most important of all - your hormones.  Our certified Nutrition Coaches will provide you with healthy eating guidelines and full nutrition plan to suit your goals, and then provide the support you need to stick to the plan.  We use regular email and phone check ins, close monitoring protocols, quick adjustments to plan when needed, guided shopping trips and kitchen makeovers to help set our clients up for success and when our client's needs are deeper than our expertise, we have a network of nutrition experts who provide preferred pricing to anyone in the First Step family.
