Our dynamic Boot camps include a combination of strength, cardio and athletic training. They provide an exciting alternative to conventional strength and cardio workouts. Push yourself towards your goals in a friendly and energetic group camp. Whatever your level, our Elevate Fitness Camps are a great way to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time.

Personal Training
At First Step we understand that none of our clients are the same. In your initial consultation we will work together to set personal goals and create an individualized health and fitness plan. Your trainer will help keep you motivated and engaged, as well as provide the expertise needed to reach your goals most efficiently.
Semi-private Training
We offer our clients the option to train with a partner or group of friends who are striving towards similar goals. Working with a partner or group can provide the motivation to give you an extra push towards your goals.
In Home Training
Going to the gym can be a disheartening experience to say the least. We often fight traffic, weather and ourselves just to get to a crowded, unhygienic and intimidating gym. Save time and energy by training in the comfort of your own home. At First Step we understand that it is a privilege to be invited into your home, so our trainers always show the up most respect and etiquette you would expect from a health and fitness professional. Contact us for an in-home consultation where we can discuss your options. Since our trainers always carry their own equipment, all we require is a small amount of space to work in.

High Performance
As the popularity of sport grows, sport specific training has grown as well; from an option to give you an edge on your competition to a necessity in keeping pace with the game. Our “High Performance” experts are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which means they are trained and educated specifically to lead athletes to their maximum physical potentials. Kidsfit
We have all heard the many benefits of exercise and know it’s importance, but as we continue to learn more about the effect of exercise on the brain and body, we are becoming even more aware of the importance of regular, moderate and intense exercise on the development of children.
For many children, playing competitive sports can be an intimidating prospect. As these students enter into junior and senior high school, it can be increasingly difficult to find engaging ways to exercise.First Step’s kidsfit program provides students with a fun and dynamic form of exercise.
During workouts students and trainers will discuss topics such as the importance and benefits of healthy nutritional choices or what heart rate means to their training. Our trainers will ensure that everyone is working at their own pace which helps to keep exercise enjoyable


By offering challenging, fun and non-competitive options for exercise we can help encourage children to grow up to be active and healthy.
We understand that each school has different needs, so our kidsfit program will be catered to your needs and can be run with all students in grade 3-12. Give us a call and set up a meeting on phone call with one of our coordinators.
Teachersfit
A healthy teacher is a happy teacher…and a happy teacher has a happy classroom.
Work with our program coordinators to cater teachersfit to your school and staff’s specific needs. We offer the following services for teachers and school staff:

Our certified and experienced trainers help create a friendly and inviting atmosphere where everyone is motivated to do their best.
Services can be paid for in full by your school or set up as a fee for service paid by participants. By using the school’s gym space we are able to provide an excellent service at a reduced cost.

Bridal Boot Camp
Join other brides-to-be in a dynamic, high energy atmosphere where you can all push each other towards your goals. Meeting other soon to be brides can also give you a chance to share ideas, recommend vendors or even help find the perfect venue for your big day. At First Step we understand the stress that goes along with planning and preparing for a wedding and our flexible schedule allows brides to attend different fitness boot camps each week to help accomodate your busy schedule.
